Important points to check before purchasing a flat, house, plot, commercial buildings etc. in Kerala

The Local Self Government Department of Kerala has now published a circular containing important points to check before purchasing a flat, house, plot, commercial buildings etc. in Kerala. The circular is in Malayalam and can be downloaded from here.

The Government have set up a help desk at the Town Planning Department's Offices in all District to get clarification on general public's doubts. The services of Officers will be available at the Help Desk on all Wednesdays  from 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM.

Anyway, its welcome move and those who have doubts should contact help desks....

    If you feel that you have the chance to go in Property Investment, then you should grab it.
    But its better if you got the skills needed in order for you to have a higher chance to be successful.Plots in Chennai
